Sole advisor to Conservas Garavilla's shareholders on the sale of the company

AZ Capital has advised Grupo Conservas Garavilla’s shareholders on the sale of a majority stake of the capital to Italian Conglomerate Bolton Group.

Grupo Conservas Garavilla, headquartered in Mundaka (Spain) and with more than 125 years of history, is active in production and marketing of canned fish products in Europe, Latin America and North Africa, with a brand portfolio of historic brands, leaders in canned fish, such as Isabel and Cuca.
