Sole advisor to Nexxus Capital and MCH Private Equity on the acquisition of Cemex's pumping business in Mexico

AZ Capital has advised Nexxus Capital and MCH Private equity on the acquisition of Cemex pumping business in Mexico.

The transaction, structured as a carve out of the business unit, has been supported by the executive team of Pumping Team (ex Gebomsa) to lead the project. The new company has established itself as the main pumping operator in Mexico, with aspirations to continue expanding its business in Latin America.
