AZ CAPITAL, S.A. (hereinafter, «AZ Capital» or «the Company«) makes available to its employees and third parties who are related to it an Internal Information System to report breaches of current legislation or the Company’s internal regulations, all under the material and personal scope and the validity of the principles and guarantees detailed in Whistleblower Protection.
Information can be communicated through one of the following channels:
- In writing: by sending an email to etico@azcapital.com at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Verbally: through a face-to-face meeting, at the request of the informant and within seven (7) days of the request, which will be made through the email for written reports. In this case, the meeting will be recorded in a minute that the informant can verify before its approval.
When the reported person is, individually or together with other people, the System Manager, the procedure provided for in section 7.B detailed in Whistleblower Protection will be followed.
It is reported that communications that have been made by persons other than those related to the subjective scope of the Internal Reporting System or when the object of the communication is not included in the material scope of the Internal Reporting System are not subject to the requirements of Law 2/2023.
Communications may be made anonymously, although the informant is advised to identify themselves, providing their name and surname, position or relationship with AZ Capital and contact details. In this way, if deemed necessary, the staff responsible for processing the communication may contact the informant to request additional information. In any case, the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and protection against any attempt to retaliate against the bona fide whistleblower are guaranteed.
Alternatively, or in the event that the communication made through the Internal Reporting System is inadmissible, the informants may make communications through the external channels enabled by the competent authorities and, where appropriate, before the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the European Union, which are detailed in External channels.

- The personal data processed within the framework of the Internal Reporting System will be processed by the Company as joint controllers. The processing will be carried out in order to assess the communications received through the Internal Reporting System and implement the appropriate measures in response, as well as to accredit the operation of the compliance system. Fundamentally, personal data related to the facts communicated by the person making the communication or obtained during the subsequent investigation process will be processed.
