Sole advisor to Cellnex on the acquisition of Alticom

AZ Capital has advised Cellnex on the acquisition of Alticom, a telecommunications infrastructure operator based in the Netherlands, for a total consideration of €133 MM.

Through the agreement reached with the seller, Infracapital Partners, Cellnex expands the number of towers it owns in the Netherlands with 30 sites of large reach and capacity, thus strengthening its leading position among independent telecommunications infrastructure operators in the country.
