AZ Capital has advised Cellnex on the acquisition of 100% share capital of Shere Group for a total consideration of €393 MM.
The reached agreement with the British fund Arcus Infrastructure Partners will contribute 1,004 mobile telephony sites to Cellnex. With this transaction Cellnex consolidates its presence in Holland and incorporates assets in the UK.


AZ Capital ha asesorado a Cellnex en la compra del 100% de Shere Group por un importe total de €393 MM.
El acuerdo alcanzado con el fondo britanico Arcus Infrastructure Partners aportará 1.004 emplazamientos de telefonía móvil a Cellnex. Con esta operación Cellnex consolida su presencia en Holanda e incorpora activos en Reino Unido.
