AZ Capital has advised Cellnex to reach an agreement with Bouygues Telecom through which Cellnex France will add up to 3,000 mostly urban sites to its current portfolio for a total consideration of €854 MM.
 The transaction is structured in two projects:
– Acquisition of up to 1,800 sites for a total amount of €500 MM, to be transferred gradually over a period of 2 years.
– Construction of up to 1,200 new sites for a total amount of  €354 MM, to be be incorporated and operated by Cellnex France over a 5-year deployment period.
 With this transaction, Cellnex strengthens its position in France by becoming the second largest independent telecom tower operator.

AZ Capital ha asesorado a Cellnex para alcanzar un acuerdo con Bouygues Telecom a través del cual Cellnex Francia añadirá hasta 3.000 emplazamientos, principalmente urbanos, por un importe total de €854 MM.
La transacción se ha estructurado en dos proyectos:
– Adquisición de hasta 1.800 emplazamientos por un importe total de €500 MM, que se transferirán gradualmente durante un período de 2 años.
– Construcción de hasta 1.200 nuevos emplazamientos por un importe total de €354 MM que se incorporarán y serán operadas por Cellnex Francia durante un periodo de despliegue de 5 años.
 Con esta operación, Cellnex refuerza su posición en Francia convirtiéndose en el segundo mayor operador independiente de torres de telecomunicaciones.
