AZ Capital has advised Templus, the leading regional, sustainable, state-of-the-art data center platform in Southern Europe, backed by ICG (Intermediate Capital Group) and Teras, on its acquisition of 9 data centers from AtlasEdge.

The acquired portfolio spans key markets including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris, Copenhagen, Leeds, London, Milan, Madrid, and Zurich. This deal expands Templus' footprint to over 750 clients across and beyond 60 MW in capacity. The transaction marks a pivotal step in Templus' expansion, delivering meaningful scale, geographical diversification, and a strengthened position as Europe's premier independent, neutral colocation provider.
