Naturgy has reached an agreement with Ence Energía S.L. (Ence) to acquire five photovoltaic assets, located in Huelva, Sevilla, Jaén and Granada, with a combined capacity of approximately 373 MW. The purchase price amounts to a total of €62 MM. 
The closing dates for the transaction, which are individual for each asset, vary between the fourth quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2024, subject to certain conditions precedent. 

Naturgy ha llegado a un acuerdo con Ence Energía S.L. (Ence) para adquirir cinco activos fotovoltaicos, ubicados en Huelva, Sevilla, Jaén y Granada, con una capacidad combinada de aproximadamente 373 MW. El precio de compra asciende a un total de €62 MM. 
Las fechas de cierre de la transacción, que son individuales para cada activo, varían entre el cuarto trimestre de 2022 y el primer trimestre de 2024, sujetas a ciertas condiciones suspensivas.
