Headquartered in Lugo (Spain), Monbús is specialized in servicing concessional-based contracts with Public Administration, with over 100 concessions operated through a fleet of more than 900 vehicles.

In this transaction, AZ Capital acted as the sole advisor for Monbús in a €47 MM TLA/TLB financing, providing a backloaded structure to capture growth opportunities in the market as well as diversifying its lender base.
