Sole advisor to Agrolimen on the divestment of Eat Out

AZ Capital has advised Agrolimen on the sale of Eat Out to the Ibersol Group.

The Ibersol Group is a multi-brand food service group with presence in Portugal, Spain and Angola, through 7 owned brands, such as Pizza Móvil or Pasta Caffé, and other franchises such as Pizza Hut, Burger King, KFC or Pans & Company, and operating in the Travel Food segment in 3 Portuguese airports. The Ibersol Group is listed on the Euronext of Lisbon.

Eat Out holds a major positioning in the Spanish food service segment with over 25 years of history through different brands: Pans & Company, Ribs, FrescCo and Santa Maria. Eat Out is also the second largest Travel Food player in Spain, operating in 6 airports and 3 AVE railway stations.
