AZ Capital has advised Abertis on the divestiture of Belfast International and Stockholm Skavsta airports, as well as the Orlando Sanford airport terminal concessions and TBI’s airport management business in the US to ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide for a total consideration of €284 MM.
Belfast International and Stockholm Skavsta, both owned assets, reached in 2012 4,3 and 2,3 MM passengers respectively. Orlando Sanford concession, expiring in 2037, recorded 1,8 MM passengers and the airports run under the management contract in the US more than 20 MM passengers.

AZ Capital ha asesorado a Abertis en la desinversión de los aeropuertos de Belfast International, Stockholm Skavsta, así como las concesiones de terminal del aeropuerto de Orlando Sanford (Florida) y el negocio de gestión aeroportuaria de TBI en Estados Unidos a ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide por un importe total de €284 MM.
Belfast International y Stockholm Skavsta, ambos activos en propiedad, alcanzaron en 2012 4.3 y 2.3 MM de pasajeros respectivamente. La concesión de la terminal de Orlando Sanford, con vencimiento en 2037, registró 1.8 MM de pasajeros mientras que más de 20 MM de pasajeros utilizaron los aeropuertos gestionados en EEUU.
