Advisor to Abertis on the sale of London Luton Airport
AZ Captial has advised Abertis on the divestiture of the company holding the concession for London Luton Airport to a consortium formed by Aena (51%) and Ardian (49%). The enterprise value of the transaction is £433 MM (€502 MM).
London Luton Airport, hold under a concession agreement expiring in 2031, would have contributed an estimated €141 MM to Abertis’ revenue and €46 MM to EBITDA at group with a traffic of c. 10 MM passengers.
