Why work at AZ Capital?
AZ Capital provides you with the opportunity to be a trainee analyst for a period of six months uninterrupted, full-time, and paid, in accordance with the recruitment programme established by the company. This is the main route to an Analyst position.

Eligibility

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's and/ or Master's degree or be a last-year undergraduate student from any university.

We are looking for excellent academic records in any discipline, as long as you have a demonstrated passion for finance and a desire to become an investment banker.

Languages:
- Spanish (native)
- English (fluent, C1-level minimum)

Previous internships that demonstrate an interest in investment banking would be an asset.

Reasoning skills, basic financial knowledge, and cultural fit

Interviewers are Associates and VPs of the Barcelona and Madrid offices
Knowledge of valuation techniques and cultural fit
