Advisor to Telefónica S.A. on the acquisition of iHackLabs

Telefónica S.A., the listed Spain-based telecommunications operator specialized in mobile and fixed-line telephone services has acquired a 100% stake in iHackLabs, the Spain-based cybersecurity training company with presence in UK and specialized identifying, teaching, training and validating the level of expertise of the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through cloud-based training platforms and labs under a SaaS model that simulate real cyber threat situations.

With this operation, ElevenPaths, the cybersecurity company part of Telefónica Tech, enhances its strong commitment to the continuous training of both its professionals and its customers.
