AZ Capital has advised Saba Infraestructuras on the sale of its logistics parks in Madrid (the Coslada logistics centre and development land in San Fernando de Henares and Camarma de Esteruelas) and the Penedès logistics centre to Prologis.
Coslada logistics centre counts with 62,000 m2 of warehouses and offices and the development land in San Fernando de Henares and Camarma de Esteruelas has an overall surface area of 14,7 hectares. The Penedès logistics centre, owned CPL (project participated by Saba with an 80% stake and Port of Barcelona with a 20% stake), is located in the town of Subirats and it has a total built-up area of 89,000 m2.

AZ Capital ha asesorado a Saba Infraestructuras en la venta de sus activos en Madrid (el parque logístico de Coslada y los terrenos en San Fernando de Henares y Camarma de Esteruelas) y el parque logístico de Penedès al Grupo Prologis.
El parque logístico de Coslada cuenta con 62.000 m2 construidos de naves y oficinas y los terrenos de San Fernando de Henares y Camarma de Esteruelas tienen una superficie bruta total de 14.7 hectáreas. El parque logístico de Penedès, propiedad de CPL (proyecto conjunto participado por Saba al 80% y Port de Barcelona al 20%), se ubica en el municipio de Subirats y cuenta con una superficie total construida de 89.000 m2.
