Exclusive financial advisor to Cellnex in the agreement with Iliad on the purchase of Play Communications' network of sites.

AZ Capital has advised Cellnex on the agreement with Iliad to acquire Play Communications' network of c. 7,000 sites in Poland, agreeing to an additional rollout of up to 5,000 over the next 10 years.

Cellnex will acquire a 60% controlling stake in the new entity that will manage the infrastructure while Play (Iliad) will hold the remaining 40%, following the model that Cellnex and Iliad agreed at the time for the sites that Free (Iliad) operated in France.
