Sole advisor to BTG Pactual on the award of the 25-year concession to manage the Cadí Tunnel and Vallvidrera Tunnels.

AZ Capital advised BTG Pactual on the award of the 25-year concession to manage the Cadí Tunnel and Vallvidrera Tunnels together with Abertis.

BTG Pactual and Abertis have assumed, through a new company in which they hold 65% and 35% respectively, a concession fee of €430 MM.

Both assets represent the main connection points between central Catalonia and the Pyrenees (Cadí Tunnel), as well as between Barcelona and the main inland cities (Vallvidrera Tunnels). The two concessions together total 41 kilometers, including 10 kilometers of tunnels.
