Advisor to Cellnex in the divestment of a 49% stake in Cellnex Nordics (Sweden and Denmark) for a consideration of c.€730 MM to Stonepeak, leading alternative investment firm specialized in infrastructure assets.

The Cellnex Nordics network consists of c.4,600 sites across Sweden and Denmark, with additional commitments and options to build and operate more than c.2,400 additional sites in the region. 

The transaction allows Cellnex to crystalize value and accelerate its deleveraging path to achieve the Investment Grade rating by S&P. Going forward, Cellnex will continue to consolidate the results of its operations and manage the day-to-day business in consultation with Stonepeak.


Asesor de Cellnex en la venta de una participación del 49% en Cellnex Nordics (Suecia y Dinamarca) por un importe de c.€730 MM a Stonepeak, firma líder de inversión alternativa especializada en activos de infraestructuras.

La red de Cellnex Nordics consta de c.4.600 emplazamientos en Suecia y Dinamarca, con compromisos y opciones adicionales para construir y explotar más de c.2.400 emplazamientos adicionales en la región. 

La transacción permite a Cellnex cristalizar valor y acelerar su proceso de desapalancamiento para alcanzar la calificación Grado de Inversión de S&P. En el futuro, Cellnex seguirá consolidando el negocio de Cellnex Nordics, además de gestionar el día a día del negocio en colaboración con Stonepeak.
